Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the KSL Business Development Consultant will be self-motivated, data-driven, and success-focused.  The Business Development Consultant will work closely with sales on retention of revenue by analyzing campaigns and strategies, prepare client facing reporting, present campaign results to clients, and optimize campaigns.


Core responsibilities of this position are: working with account executives as well as advertisers to effectively maintain & retain digital campaigns by reviewing, analyzing, creating dashboards and suggesting strategies and best practices for success. Reviewing current campaigns and making sure campaigns are set up accurately and are trackable.  Building a story based on campaign insights and presenting information with account executives to clients.  


Specific requirements of this position include:

  • Self-motivated, with very high attention to detail
  • Effective time management skills & ability to meet deadlines
  • Preferred Mid to High level understanding of Google Analytics
  • Preferred Mid-level understanding of Google Tag Manager
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to use data to create a story 
  • Team worker with the ability to work both with internal co-workers & clients
  • Exhibit high levels of integrity, ethical behavior and professional maturity
  • Strong creative problem solver
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growing dynamic environment


Experience Required: Candidates should have at least 2-5+ years in the digital media space with a high level understanding of how digital campaigns should be set up for optimal tracking.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Outstanding project management skills and past experience
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Self-starter, good at working independently and with a team, flexible, able to meet short ‚Ä®deadlines
  • Excellent computer skills Microsoft Office products, Internet, social media (required)
  • Experience in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
