Reporting to the Sales Director, the KSL Services Sales Manager will be self-motivated, sales-driven, and success-focused and will be responsible for managing a team of outbound Inside Sales account executives.

Core responsibilities of this position are: effective personnel supervision, active lead management, implementation of policies and procedures as it relates to the inside sales activities, execution of department initiatives, and overall operational reliability. Directly manages all calling campaigns in addition to day-to-day management of inside sales representatives. The position is also responsible for maintaining and increasing revenue through the coaching and professional sales training development of account executives. Basic understanding and experience with Salesforce.com CRM required.

Specific requirements of this position include:

  • Inside Sales Management experience, 2-4+ years leading an outbound sales and/or lead generation team, a must
  • Demonstrated ability to work to a sales goal and manage reports to that goal
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience managing a team of up to 8 direct reports
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Mentoring and coaching skills and experience
  • Building a team-based work environment
  • Exhibit high levels of integrity, ethical behavior and professional maturity
  • Proven leadership capabilities including ability to lead a team of diverse individuals by winning and maintaining their confidence and trust

Experience Required: Candidates should have at least 3-5+ years sales management experience, marketing and advertising experience, and a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

  • Outstanding project management skills and past experience
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Self-starter, good at working independently and with a team, flexible, able to meet short ‚Ä®deadlines
  • Excellent computer skills Microsoft Office products, Internet, social media (required)
  • Experience in current Salesforce.com software
