The Classifieds Account Executive will be motivated, sales driven, and success focused and will work directly with businesses to provide them with powerful solutions to their advertising needs on KSL.com Classifieds. The position is responsible for increasing revenue through the development of new and existing relationships (with emphasis on new business development) and meeting a specific sales quota.

 

You are the right fit if you:

  • Demonstrate results in the solution-based selling process
  • Have the ability to make sales presentations and close sales over the phone
  • Can manage your pipeline with available tools and provide forecasts to management
  • Thrive in a very fast-paced environment and meet short deadlines
  • Are self-motivated (willingness/ability to cold call repeatedly)
  • Have the ability to work a 40-Hour workweek (M-F 8:30am-5:00pm)
  • Possess excellent communication skills - written and verbal

 

This job will challenge you to:

  • Seek out opportunities to drive incremental sales and new business opportunities over the telephone
  • Analyze clients' and prospects' advertising and marketing needs and consultatively recommend appropriate advertising solutions, quote rates and schedule advertising
  • Meet and exceed sales quota
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Stay current with industry trends, digital advertising and marketing techniques that can be applied to current and prospective clients
