As a Digital Advertising Coordinator, you will be responsible for interactive advertising campaigns including scheduling, launching, monitoring, and analyzing these campaigns. This position will report to the Ad Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and launch interactive advertising campaigns in timely and accurate manner using ad management software
  • Learn and follow the specific procedures for campaign implementation using DART/ DFP and other ad management systems
  • Provide continuous support and service to sales professionals
  • Interface with the Sales, Creative and Development teams to collect creative assets, troubleshoot technical issues, and correctly implement rich media creative
  • Proactively monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction; provide suggestions for optimization
  • Generate and manipulate reports from DART/DFP and other ad management systems, and analyze campaign and network data using Excel
  • Review creative submissions (jpg, gif, HTML5, JavaScript) and ensure that they adhere to technical specifications and ad policy
  • Manage projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Experience in online advertising strongly preferred
  • Experience entering data into software programs and performing tasks which require accuracy, efficiency, and technical skill
  • Excellent client relationship & interpersonal skills
  • College or university degree with a focus in Marketing, Business Administration, or Sciences is preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency with Excel, Office, and/or CRM tool
  • Familiar with computer coding language, specifically HTML, JavaScript
  • Quick learner, analytical thinker and able to rapidly acquire and apply technical skills
  • Must be detailed oriented and have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Familiar with advertising and online media
  • Must be a team player and able to collaborate well with others.
