As a Local Account Executive, you'll be responsible for increasing revenue through the development of new and existing relationships for KSL Local and KSL Deals. If you're a foodie, buy local, or are a crazy good deal hunter, you should come talk to us--and eventually to our clients. We're sending out the call for someone who is chompin' at the bit to talk marketing shop with local handymen, boutique owners, restaurateurs, and much more. If you love KSL Deals so much that you dream of setting up some deals yourself, you might be just the person we're looking for.

 

You are the right fit if you:

  • Have a penchant for promo codes and can prospect for leads as heavily as you prospect for discounts
  • Can't contain yourself when it comes to calling accounts on the phone
  • Manage pipelines better than your local plumber, and forecast better than Grant Wayment...sales anyways
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet short deadlines
  • Can show us your track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Are exceptionally organized, a self-starter, can work independently, execute quickly and move to the next task. In short, you chop tasks like sushi
  • Possess strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
  • Have the desire to be a part of a fun, results-driven team that may or may not literally sing to each other

 

This job will challenge you to:

  • Identify and solicit new business with a HEAVY emphasis on cold calling
  • Develop advertising solutions for clients who need your expertise
  • Meet and exceed stringent sales quotas
  • Invest yourself in building and maintaining solid client relationships
  • Communicate and work with a closely-knit operations team on a daily basis

 

Experience Required:

Candidates should be goal oriented, to the point where they cry if they don't hit their numbers, and passionate about growing relationships with small businesses. Prior experience selling is a major plus.
